Order Processor & Inventory Management System
A Next.js app that turns messy CSV exports into clean routes, inventory plans, and supplier-ready summaries.
Business Problem
Franco Brings relied on raw Subbly CSV exports and manual editing to plan grass slabs, accessories, and delivery routes. This was time-consuming and error-prone.
Solution
Built a web app that imports Subbly CSVs, deduplicates and merges orders, calculates product counts and slab requirements, separates pick-ups vs deliveries, generates driver-specific CSVs, and outputs formatted email templates for farm orders.
Key Highlights
- Robust CSV parsing handling both tab- and comma-separated formats.
- Smart quantity detection (handles 'Two Small Potties', 'x2', etc.).
- Automatic slab and SQM calculations for supplier orders.
- Driver-specific CSV exports and Canva label support.
- Warning system for incomplete contact info and merge conflicts.
AI & Automation
Logic-heavy tool focused on determinism and correctness; complements AI rather than relying on it.
Outcome & Impact
Turned a multi-hour, error-prone workflow into a repeatable, minutes-long process and significantly reduced mistakes in supplier orders and routes.
